Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximum sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, delegate, and instruct staff to maintain consistency in service delivery and presentation.
  • Human Resources: Manage all HR-related matters, including staff scheduling, training, and development.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff requirements daily and control staff workload to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Cash Handling: Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of discounts, including customer discounts, complimentary food and drink, staff drinks, and wastage.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote sales awareness and encourage managers and team members to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify areas for increasing business turnover and work with the sales team to implement strategies.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Address any hazards and follow up on maintenance requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to develop a high-performing team that meets the current and future challenges of the business.
