Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Young Living Essential Oils is a leading company in the essential oils industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our European customers, primarily those based in the Czech-speaking market. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face contact, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to European customers, primarily those based in the Czech-speaking market.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face contact.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve customer service goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Advanced level fluency in Czech communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
