We are in search of a Senior Value Engineer to join our expanding Go-To-Market (GTM) team across North America, Europe, and APAC. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct value discovery sessions with prospects and clients to identify their objectives and document outcomes that illustrate measurable business value.
- Clearly articulate the disparity between the client's current situation and their desired outcomes.
- Develop analytical models and tailored executive presentations for significant accounts.
- Collaborate with sales enablement to provide training on leveraging Value Engineering content and resources.
- Gather and analyze key metrics from Freshworks and the industry to identify trends and benchmarks.
- Work in conjunction with other value engineers, account executives, and solution engineers to contribute to comprehensive value assessments.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of high-level presentations in client-facing scenarios.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Value Engineering, Pre-sales Value Consulting, Solution Engineering, or management consulting.
- Proficient in financial analysis and modeling of ROI and TCO concepts to substantiate business cases.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are crucial for this position.
- A blend of business and technical knowledge, enabling effective engagement in discussions about technology and business strategy.
- Ability to influence executives and C-Suite leaders with credibility and enthusiasm.
- A proactive, high-energy individual who can navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives independently.
- A collaborative team player who can work across various functions including sales, onboarding, sales enablement, and marketing.
- Familiarity with technology and enterprise software is preferred, particularly in CRM, ITSM, and Customer Service solutions.
