The Director of Quality will be responsible for overseeing the quality management function at our client, a leading precision engineering company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, and will be able to lead a team of quality managers to drive continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead a team of quality managers to drive continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of the business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality management is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators to ensure that the business is meeting its quality objectives

They manufacture highly complex components at high volume, and offer aftermarket support and full product life cycle capability from product development through to aftermarket supply chain management.
