About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Bourton Leisure Centre. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.

Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work closely with customers, including children and their parents, and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to children and adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
  • Communicate with customers and their parents/guardians regarding their development and progression
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
