We are seeking a skilled and reliable EPOS Equipment Installation Technician to join our team at ClearCourse. As an EPOS Installation Technician, you will be responsible for conducting on-site installations of EPOS equipment at customer locations around the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site installations of EPOS equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored installation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions during installations with support from the office-based team.
  • Assist in the assembly and configuration of EPOS equipment at the office, ensuring quality standards are met and required testing is carried out.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment configuration and locations to assist support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve installation processes and procedures, providing feedback and suggestions to the team lead.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals and familiarity with windows-based EPOS systems.
  • Proven experience in technical installations, preferably in the EPOS or retail industry.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
  • Valid full UK driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations for installations, including occasional overnight stays when required.
