About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. As a business, we have over 10 UK locations with an annual turnover exceeding £400m, which we have reinvested into the plant.

Our facility is only 10 years old, featuring brand-new state-of-the-art machinery, with plenty of land for expansion and plans to nearly triple capacity over the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on our fully automated production lines.
  • Work in a team of 24 engineers, with a shift consisting of 4 engineers and 1 team leader.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (City and Guilds/HNC) in a maintenance-related discipline.
  • Have previous experience within an automated manufacturing environment.
  • Be able to read mechanical drawings.
