Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for driving our PPC and SEO strategy to deliver against our targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive PPC and SEO strategy to maximize bookings and budget efficiency.
- Optimize our PPC activity and on and offsite SEO strategies to continually improve performance.
- Work with our Digital Experience team and copywriters to create content and landing pages that boost organic and paid traffic on our website.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Adwords, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Adobe Analytics to evaluate, analyze, and improve performance.
- Collaborate with our Paid Media Manager to drive the PPC and SEO strategy for Center Parcs, Aqua Sana, and our Corporate Events business.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a paid search account and devising on and offsite SEO strategies.
- Proven track record of continually improving performance for identified keywords.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, innovations, and algorithm updates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Arrangements
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
