Job Title: Group Finance Manager

Giacom is seeking a highly skilled Group Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Group's financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information
  • Manage and oversee the Group's financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Collaborate with senior finance colleagues and other advisors to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain technical accounting and control frameworks to ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
  • Support the development of the Group's NetSuite system and maintain and develop tax compliance processes and control frameworks
  • Ensure all treasury compliance requirements are understood and met, including covenant calculation and reporting and periodic interest and fee settlements
  • Develop and maintain short-term cash flow forecasting and reporting processes

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with significant PQE and experience of group consolidations and consolidated reporting
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and experience of technical accounting and control frameworks
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with large quantities of raw data
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Good communicator and team player with experience of building and developing effective relationships
  • Experienced people manager with ability to set objectives and manage team priorities
