Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Southport. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with their daily living needs and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to clients, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks
  • Support clients with their daily living needs, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
