Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team at Kronospan. As an In-House Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Following up on negotiations and being the main point of contact with management boards regarding legal issues
• Providing legal supervision over high-risk contractors
• Supporting and/or managing new/non-standard contracts with customers and suppliers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Higher legal education
• Excellent Latvian, English language skills (Russian will be an advantage)
• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the industry
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
