We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our Contract Research team. As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects for external clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- **Project Leadership**: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, commercial, and operations, to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- **Experiment Design and Execution**: Design and execute complex in vitro organ-on-chip applications, perform assays, and analyze data to deliver high-quality results.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze and interpret data, and present results to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain laboratory stocks and inventory management systems to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- **Communication**: Communicate project progress, successes, and challenges to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor junior team members, and support the training and development of new team members.
- **PhD in Biology, Bioengineering, or Related Field**: A PhD in biology, bioengineering, or a related field, with experience working in a regulated environment.
- **Experience in Project Management**: Experience in project management, including leading and managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- **Customer-Facing Experience**: Experience working with external clients, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- **Regulated Environment Experience**: Experience working in a regulated environment, including understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- **Project Management Tools**: Familiarity with project management tools, including managing project timelines and resources.
