Job Opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor

Cbwstaffingsolutions is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a leading provider of specialist support in the operation, maintenance, and repair of building services, they require a professional with a strong technical understanding and proven track record in the commercial building services environment.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a high-end residential environment and will understand the demands required to maintain it to a desired level. They will be responsible for organizing and managing all planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, and maintaining cleanliness of plant rooms.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing a team of three multi-skilled engineers, ensuring reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract, and managing minor improvements. They will also attend client meetings and manage contractors.

The package includes a competitive salary of 53k, 25 days holiday, and a pension scheme.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a fully qualified recognized electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HNC C&G), previous experience of supervising and running a high-end residential building, understanding of how cooling towers work, knowledge of working with a budget and managing costs, and previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
