Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase participation in sports and physical activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with public health organizations, governing bodies, and community groups to promote sports development.
- Source and secure external funding opportunities to support sports and physical activity programmes.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of sports and physical activity programmes, ensuring high-quality services are provided to participants.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, using data to inform future programme development.
