A solid technical foundation is essential to comprehend the intricacies of our projects. Key Responsibilities - Hydrogen Advisor

  • Assist in formulating commercial frameworks for sustainable hydrogen initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects, including collaborative venture structures, agreements for power and water supply, hydrogen distribution, and sales contracts.
  • Incorporate government subsidy agreements into project planning.
  • Draft, structure, and negotiate commercial terms and conditions effectively.
  • Navigate the political landscape of the UK hydrogen business model.
  • Support bid submissions for hydrogen allocation rounds.
  • Identify and evaluate project opportunities.
  • Engage with clients on-site and collaborate with broader teams.

Qualifications - Hydrogen Advisor

  • Proven experience in commercial contracts.
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating essential agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage relationships in joint venture settings.
  • Technical or engineering background is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
