Healthcare Valuation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Valuation Specialist to join our team at Beach Baker. As a Healthcare Valuation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance to developers, healthcare providers, and financial institutions on new site acquisition, disposal, and valuation of healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Valuation Services: Conduct accurate valuations for healthcare facilities, including GP surgeries, dental, and veterinary practices, for partnership, secured lending, and funding purposes.
  • Development Monitoring: Oversee construction compliance to meet required standards and legislation.
  • Notional Rent Reviews: Advise healthcare providers on rent reviews and lease agreements.
  • Rating Advice: Provide professional guidance on business rates.
  • Lease Advisory Services: Assist with lease negotiations and advisory for healthcare practices.

Requirements

  • Healthcare experience
  • RICS Registered valuer
  • At least 3 years PQE
