Role Responsibilities:
As a House Manager, you will:

  • Conduct regular site inspections, engaging with residents to foster a welcoming community.
  • Organize and facilitate community activities such as social gatherings.
  • Oversee front desk operations, managing parcels, keys, and addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Possess experience in a customer-facing property management role.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site patrols and inspections.
  • Supervise contractors on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work permits.
  • Assist residents in coordinating with external contractors as needed.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in conducting property inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
