Recruit-Central is proud to present a unique opportunity with a leading estate agency, renowned for exceptional customer service and outstanding results. If you have a background in the Estate Agency industry and are eager to advance your career, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct viewings, showcasing properties in the best possible light
* Secure offers from applicants and skillfully negotiate with vendors
* Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, identifying top applicants
* Arrange valuations
* Provide accurate and prompt feedback on viewings
* Manage sales progression
* Support the lettings team as needed

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday (8:30am-5pm)
* 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-1pm)
