About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Progressor to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for facilitating the progression of deals on various sites across the region, with the goal of bringing as many as possible through to legal completion in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and report on deal progress across multiple sites
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression
  • Identify and mitigate potential deal risks
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the new homes industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
