Role Overview
Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, working closely with dentists to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
- Support the practice in delivering effective care, using your knowledge of Private, NHS, and UDA treatments.
- Understand and adhere to GDC and other regulatory responsibilities, maintaining the highest standards for patient care.
- Collaborate with the team to drive surgery efficiency and contribute to practice performance goals.
- Share your expertise and mentor Trainee/Apprentice Nurses, supporting their development and growth.
- Embody a patient-centered approach, prioritizing their needs and comfort throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Relevant live or pending GDC registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
