Role Overview

The Lead HVAC Technician will be responsible for assessing and mitigating risks associated with on-site equipment. This includes the identification of essential spare parts, enhancing equipment performance, and managing environmental conditions through the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks related to HVAC systems.
  • Performance Improvement: Enhance the functionality of all equipment and implement a robust preventative maintenance strategy.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide both electrical and mechanical support to the maintenance team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the on-site Supervisor and Account Manager to address any building services issues, ensuring accurate and confident responses.
Work Schedule

This position operates Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications
