Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated pharmacist to lead the clinical pharmacy Haematology service at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Cancer Services multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the clinical pharmacy service for Haematology patients, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes.
- Liaise with various teams, including medical, nursing, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and agreements, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.

Job Requirements:
Training & Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Education Supervisor/Train the Trainer (desirable).
- Non-medical prescriber (desirable).
- Management training (desirable).
Experience & Knowledge:
- NHS management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Advanced communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience of delivering training and education (desirable).
- Project Management (desirable).
Registration:
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Member of the British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA) (desirable).
