About the Role

As a LEGO Brand Ambassador at Powerforce, you will be responsible for promoting and merchandising LEGO products in-store, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and display LEGO products in-store to maximize visibility and sales
  • Build relationships with customers, answering questions and providing product recommendations
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions and demonstrations to educate customers about LEGO products
  • Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and immersive customer experience

Requirements

  • Full driving license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and merchandising skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
