Job Summary

10ZIG TECHNOLOGY, INC. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Account Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our partner accounts and generating sales among them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth among partner accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless end-to-end management of partner accounts.
  • Generate sales forecasts and track partner account metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within the portfolio to drive business expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing large account portfolios and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong account management background with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple partner accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications and CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce).
