The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Leisure Club Attendant to contribute to the success of our hotel's leisure facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the leisure club.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the leisure club facilities, including the gym, pool, and changing rooms.
  • Assist guests with equipment and provide guidance on its proper use and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Support the sales of memberships and services to prospective guests.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being and safety of guests at all times.
  • Report any equipment or facility issues to the Leisure Club Manager.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of the leisure club as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
