We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to work with students who struggle with behaviour management in a secondary school in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students to manage and improve their behaviour in the classroom.
  • Develop individual behaviour plans and work closely with the SENCO and teachers to implement strategies.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
  • Promote positive behaviour, self-esteem, and resilience in students.
