Job Opportunity: Senior Litigation Solicitor/Partner

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a Senior Litigation Solicitor/Partner who will lead a strong and established team of junior-mid level solicitors, paralegals, and secretaries. The role will involve engaging in complex, stimulating work that truly challenges and rewards legal expertise, working closely with a range of clients to provide fast and pragmatic advice while actively involved with marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of matters, including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims, and debt recovery.
  • Lead a team of junior-mid level solicitors, paralegals, and secretaries.
  • Engage in complex, stimulating work that truly challenges and rewards legal expertise.
  • Work closely with a range of clients to provide fast and pragmatic advice.
  • Actively involved with marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of PQE as a Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor.
  • Broad range of experience in dealing with a variety of contentious matters.
  • Proven ability to generate new business.
  • Keen and willing to engage in networking and industry events.
