The Solution Automotive Limited is seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Consultant to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will engage with clients to facilitate the purchase of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest automotive trends and inventory.
Work Schedule: The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a rotating basis.
Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary of £20,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential exceeding £49,000.
