About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Real Estate group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in a range of property litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on commercial landlord and tenant matters, including renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews, and possession proceedings
  • Represent clients in development and contractual disputes related to commercial and residential properties
  • Assist clients with easements, covenants, boundary disputes, and land ownership issues, including adverse possession claims
  • Work with clients to resolve insolvency-related property matters
  • Represent clients in litigation across various courts and tribunals, as well as mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent academics
  • Experience in commercial landlord and tenant work, preferably gained at a top City, national, or regional practice
  • Knowledge of court and tribunal procedures, along with experience in different litigation stages
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of client service
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
