Salary – £26,000 Basic OTE £32,000
Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Alternatives Saturdays 1 in 2 – 8am to 1.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
A significant part of the Service Advisor role involves:
- Welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including arranging onward travel, updating customers on their vehicle's status, handing over vehicles after service work, and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge and staying up-to-date through manufacturer-led training.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.
- Hold a full driving license.
Our client is looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent customer rapport, and the ability to deliver great customer satisfaction results, as well as being confident in up-selling opportunities.
