About the Role

As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording important observations. This is a rewarding role that requires a passion for people and a commitment to providing exceptional care.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who has a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. You will need a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care, with a view to completing an NVQ 3, and a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. Ideally, you will also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. You will be required to travel across the area, so you will either need your own car or ready access to one. We will cover your mileage when you travel over five miles from your main home, and if you are on duty at the time of an inspection and we achieve a Good' rating, you will qualify for a bonus.
