About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Band 5 nurse to join our team as a Senior Staff Nurse in our Acute Medicine Winter Ward. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Form part of the senior team to ensure the patient experience is of the highest quality, inspiring patient and public confidence.
  • Role model and support the team to promote excellence in nursing care, maintaining and improving clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with the Matron and members of the Senior Nursing Team to plan, deliver, and implement patient care.
