Key Responsibilities:
Master the Metrics: Take ownership of sales forecasting and trend analysis to ensure our product offerings resonate with our customers. Forecast with Foresight: Utilize your analytical expertise to identify emerging trends and inform strategic decisions that keep us ahead in the competitive landscape. Collaborate for Success: Partner with the Merchandising team to develop assortment strategies that align with our business objectives, driving innovation and creativity. Mentor and Lead: Provide guidance to an Associate Planner, sharing insights and fostering a collaborative environment. Adapt and Thrive: Navigate the complexities of seasonal planning, managing risks and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance inventory and sales performance.What You Bring to the Table:
3-5 years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, or planning. A strong affinity for data and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent organizational and communication skills, demonstrating natural leadership. A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail and deadlines. Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
