About the Role:
H2O Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Northampton. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and register new applicants
- Organise and carry out viewings
- Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets
- Negotiate any offers received
- Have an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them
- Sell other services including solicitors and financial services
Requirements:
- Previous estate agency sales experience
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the local area
- Flexibility
- A professional and presentable appearance
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
