About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and managing bids for prime residential projects. You will work closely with our Preconstruction Manager and Directors to develop and implement our estimating strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage bids for prime residential projects
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to meet business objectives
  • Work closely with the Preconstruction Manager and Directors to develop and implement our estimating strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of bids
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for bids

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the prime residential sector

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
