Band 7 Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Hunter AHP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our community rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complex case management and discharge planning for patients in the community.
- Supervise junior staff and work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals.
- Conduct equipment assessments and provide equipment to patients as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Band 7 Occupational Therapist with experience in community rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
