We are seeking a skilled PSV Technician to join our team at Venatu Consulting Ltd. As a PSV Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and repairs on buses to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and repairing buses to ensure they are in good working condition
• Checking the quality of repairs and following safety instructions
• Investigating and diagnosing mechanical and electronic faults
• Recording faults and work using a tablet
• Making decisions about road calls and liaising with the engineering team
• Updating the Service Manager on progress and helping with planning

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in the PSV Technician field with comprehensive vehicle maintenance knowledge
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards
• NVQ level 2 qualification for maintenance and repair of public service vehicles or heavy goods vehicles
• OR at least five years' experience repairing and maintaining public service or heavy goods vehicles
• IRTEC and SMT qualification
• PCV licence
