Position Overview: Our Asset Management and Technical Services division is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team, focusing on various projects within the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing all site activities, including subcontractor operations, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Directing and managing the workload of Trade Operatives and Apprentices.
- Ensuring all site activities adhere to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management standards.
- Maintaining accurate and organized documentation for inspection purposes.
- Planning and organizing work to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conducting competence assessments as per the company’s schedule.
- Setting out work as necessary.
- Engaging in discussions with trades operatives and contractors regarding work-related matters.
- Coordinating with other departments and trades.
- Communicating daily with other contractors on site.
- Providing updates to the Project Manager on contract progress and resource needs.

Qualifications:
- Experience in the water sector is highly desirable; however, candidates from other industrial sectors, including civil engineering, will also be considered.
- Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds, MA, or equivalent) are required.
- Proven supervisory experience is essential.

Required Certifications:
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices
- Ability to manage changing priorities on site.
