Project Manager for Industrial Roofing & Cladding
Position Overview: The role of Project Manager for Industrial Roofing & Cladding encompasses the management of various industrial roofing and cladding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site operations, ensuring effective organization of site personnel.
- Compile risk assessments and conduct thorough health and safety inspections.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials required for projects.
- Engage with clients, providing regular project updates and reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant contracts, regulations, and legislation.
- Document all contract-related communications electronically, tracking progress and addressing any issues.
- Manage projects with budgets ranging from £1,000,000 to £5,000,000.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven history in Project or Site Management within the roofing, sheeting, or cladding sectors.
- Experience with liquid applied systems, hot melt applications, flat and pitched roofing, composite panel sheeting, and refurbishment projects.
- Relevant certifications including CSCS card, SSSTS, and SMSTS.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both confident and articulate.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
