HR Coordinator Opportunity

Venn Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the HR function, working closely with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including uploading vacancies and responding to Hiring Manager inquiries.
  • Research and provide salary recommendations, as well as advice on advertising vacancies.
  • Respond to queries from the Head of Department or managers regarding contractual arrangements.
  • Calculate holiday allowances for employees taking time off or leaving the company.
  • Prepare and draft letters for meetings and consultations, as well as amendments to letters beyond the scope of the HR Admin team.
  • Support occupational health referrals and arrangements.
  • Compile employee sickness records and calculate days taken in a rolling year.
  • Check and respond to Business Partner inboxes daily.
  • Take notes for employee relations cases in conjunction with the admin team.
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent.
  • Strong HR administrative experience.
  • Experience using HR systems, preferably CoreHR.
  • Excellent attention to detail and team player.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
