Job Title: Educational Consultant Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Consultant Sales Manager to join our team at UAPP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing, managing, and motivating our external global consultants' team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement GTM marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and Strategy Director to define growth and rotation strategies
  • Participate in events, record videos, and promote UAPP on social media
  • Lead a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in using CRM, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
