Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bridal Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of designer bridalwear.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries, and conducting stock inspections.
- Contribute to the overall visual merchandising and presentation of the store.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the bridal industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends and weekdays.
