Maintenance Engineer Position

Shift: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights

Location: Coleshill, Marston Green, Water Orton, Kingsbury, Marston Green

Madisons Engineering is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a multi-site manufacturing company based near Kingsbury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. They will also be involved in training and development programs to ensure exceptional knowledge of all mechanical machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and records

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in PPMs and reactive maintenance. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
