Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that showcases Quantum Motion's expertise and innovation in quantum computing and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create engaging content that reflects the company's values and mission.
  • Manage and maintain the Quantum Motion website, social media presence, and other digital channels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Coordinate press releases, media outreach, and other external communications activities to promote Quantum Motion's work and achievements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on external communications, branding, and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform communications strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing communications strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including leadership, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
