{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Fun Week programme at Fareham Leisure Centre. As a Holiday Club Play Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of fun-filled activities and supervising children aged 5-12 years old.

Your daily programme will include activities such as Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building and Arts n Crafts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and has experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children. You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team, liaising with parents/carers and the Directors, and ensuring sessions are delivered to a high standard.

As a Holiday Club Play Leader, you will be provided with professional sports kit, opportunities for progression and additional work opportunities, and further qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and motivate your team to deliver the programme to a high standard
* Liaise with parents/carers, staffing team and the Directors on a regular basis
* Ensure sessions delivered are challenging, realistic and fun for primary-aged children
* Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
* Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently
* Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & Educational
* Deal with any first aid/emergency situation
* Be approachable in liaising with parents/carers
* Be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your ability
* Be creative and passionate in your delivery
