The Site Operations and Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management of our renewable energy sites, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This includes planning and managing site work schedules, conducting inductions and toolbox talks, and maintaining good health and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage site work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct inductions and toolbox talks to ensure site personnel are aware of safety procedures
- Maintain good health and safety practices, including conducting on-site audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitor production and operations to minimize downtime and maximize generation
- Manage regular maintenance works to site equipment and infrastructure
- Ensure building/site security and safety systems are maintained in good working order
- Provide timely reporting on completed and scheduled works
- Manage and undertake minor maintenance works, including cleaning hydro intakes and replacing building water supply filters
- Support relationships with landowners, local communities, and project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in managing operations and maintenance of renewable energy sites, including wind farms
- Good understanding of operational site safety requirements and familiarity with the Wind Turbine Safety Rules
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Proficient use of Windows-based IT systems and basic office software
- Ability to take, store, and manipulate photographs to support site inspection reports
- Effective time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to create and maintain high-quality, detailed records of work undertaken and planned
- Full UK driving license
Desirable Qualifications, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge & Understanding:
- Experience with using SCADA systems
- Familiarity with HV safety rules
- Experience using non-specialist light-duty power and hand tools to undertake minor works safely
- First aid qualification and other H&S related certifications
- GWO Working at Height certification

Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per week
