Role Overview

As a newly qualified solicitor, you will engage in a diverse array of responsibilities within the Banking & Finance division, contributing to the team's overall success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, negotiating, and finalizing financial documentation, including both facility agreements and security documents, utilizing both LMA templates and Birketts' proprietary precedents.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing supplementary documents such as fee letters, undertakings, and corporate authorizations.
  • Overseeing transactions and collaborating with colleagues on larger projects.
  • Participating in meetings with clients and other legal firms.
