Role Summary

We are in search of a proficient and driven Senior Systems Consultant with expertise in Resource Link to become a part of our team. The selected individual will be tasked with assessing, designing, and executing information systems that bolster our operational effectiveness and align with our strategic objectives. This position necessitates an in-depth knowledge of Resource Link, a robust HR and payroll management platform, to guarantee smooth integration and peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed analysis of organizational needs and convert them into technical documentation.
  • Design and deploy information systems that fulfill business goals and enhance productivity.
  • Leverage Resource Link to oversee HR and payroll functions.
  • Ensure the system is accurately configured to support operational workflows.
  • Lead and engage in project planning, implementation, and completion.
  • Maintain data integrity and precision within the Resource Link platform.
  • Offer technical assistance and training to users of the Resource Link platform.
  • Identify potential areas for system upgrades and process enhancements.
