Location: Static Site

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chiller Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across a commercial building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on chillers and other commercial building equipment
  • Conduct site visits to identify and address any issues with the building's mechanical systems
  • Work with the building management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure seamless operation of the building's systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and management

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of chiller systems and commercial building maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to site locations
