Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
- Manage and coordinate projects and events, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and deliver company events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and maintain personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
